BOOKINGS : All bookings must be confirmed by fax or emaildetailing your credit card details (card number, expiry date and 3-digit security number on the back of the card) or by post with a cheque for the deposit. A deposit amounting to 30% of the total cost of the booking is required.
CANCELLATION : In the event of a cancellation less than 48 hours before your expected arrival, we reserve the right to debit the amount for a one-night stay or to retain the deposit.
SHORTENED STAY: If you are obliged to cut short your stay, you must inform the management 48 hours in advance. Failing this, you will be invoiced for a one-night stay.
ARRIVAL : Our rooms are available from 2pm. Please inform us if you plan to arrive after 8pm.
DEPARTURE: Please vacate your room before midday.
